The factory in Warsaw was founded in 1893 by a total of seven people. In 1930, due to the growing world crisis, the Ursus company found itself in a difficult situation, as a result of which it was nationalized. The first Ursus C-45 tractor was a copy of the German Lanz Bulldog tractor. One of the most popular models, the Ursus C-330, was manufactured in 1976.
