The History of Kubota Tractors
Kubota, as a leader in the production of heavy agricultural equipment, is headquartered in Osaka, where it was founded by Gonshiro Kubota in 1890. For decades, the company focused on producing tractors under FIAT license. However, the breakthrough came in 1978 when the first Kubota tractor, built using its own components, was released to the market.
In 2010, Kubota celebrated the production of 3.5 million tractors, which was a significant milestone in the company’s history. Today, Kubota employs approximately 25,000 people worldwide.
From the very beginning of its operations, Kubota has been collaborating with reputable suppliers and component manufacturers, as evidenced by partnerships with brands such as Fiat and Nissan. It has 34 offices worldwide, mainly located in Europe in countries such as Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, Poland, as well as in the United States and Canada.
Kubota is known for the high quality of its products, which has contributed to its wide popularity among users worldwide. The extensive range of Kubota agricultural tractors allows every farmer to choose a model that perfectly fits their individual needs and preferences.
